A religion of peace or one of war? I can only assume there was plans to implement pagan pilgrimages that was cut from the final release, yet they never corrected this. As such I have opted to actually upscale what each county is I have made each county the equivalent to a barony with each barony level holding being a building slot in the barony, while Duchies stay Duchies and have Counties added to their tier list (Some cultures will have Duchies referred to as Counties) Empires and kingdoms are where it gets real interesting.
